Astronomical Agora

The agora has always been the gathering place for members of a community. Since our first ancestors gathered around bonfires to tell each other the news that happened, their achievements, their myths, and their legends to the new forums of the digital world, the spaces of coexistence –forums and agoras– serve as a point of union of all around a common goal.

The Astronomical Agora of Big History, with its steps around a central point –milestone to install a portable telescope facing the north celestial pole– becomes the best scenario for day and night observations, for talks and courses that allow us to learn more and better about the importance of astronomical knowledge for our past life, present and future.
