European Route of Spices, Aromas and Medicinal Plants

The City Council of Aras de los Olmos has been integrated into the International Association Aromas Itinerarium Salutis, together with the University of Valencia (UV), Florida Universitària, Escola Superior d ́Art i Disseny de València (EASD-València), Universitat d ́Alacant, Fundación Todolí and the City Council of Ribarroja.

Aromas Itinerarium Salutis has prepared a proposal for a cultural itinerary that will raise the Council of Europe for its next certification: the first European Route of Spices, Aromas and Medicinal Plants.
